The Residence
We have different types of apartments for couples, families, friends and are especially DOG FRIENDLY.
For this reason, all apartments on the ground floor have a private garden and parking space, as well as large terraces on the first floor.
The Suite for 2 people or a small family is an approx. 40 m2 apartment with a double bed, equipped kitchen, sofa bed with double bed, Smart TV and air conditioning.
The two-room apartment for 4 people or a large family is a 70 m2 apartment with two bedrooms, single beds or double beds, equipped kitchen, sofa bed with double bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
WiFi, coffee maker, microwave, bath set, deck chair and parasol are included.
The residence Montefelice is open all year round and the booking for your stay can be made for a minimum of 2 days up to 8 weeks and longer. For long stays the prices are reduced.
The pool overlooking the lake
The swimming pool has an amazing lake view surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with palm tree’s and ping pong tables.
There is a good supply of drinks at our bar, a perfect place for an aperitif, cocktail or soft drink served by our lovely bar staff.
During the summer month there are AcquaGym and Hidrobike courses with a fully qualified instructor.
Restaurant "El Soreie"
El Soreie from Ladin Il Sole-The Sun. Your dinners will be accompanied by unforgettable sunset on the magnificent outdoor terrace overlooking Lake of Garda.
The restaurant offers typical specialties of the Italian Veronese and Ladin cuisine, both in a traditional version and revisited in a modern key, also for vegetarians. It has quiet, elegant and air-conditioned environments. We are available to customers, to organize aperitifs, business lunches and dinners, banquets, weddings, graduation parties and birthdays.
You can enjoy a selection of the best wines from the Bardolino wine cellars.
